Two small bugs, one building one mining

Summary:
two small bugs images basicly show what they are.

first is just a dumb hearthling. (happens every time I mine an overhang though.)

Second is an easy to reproduce building freeze where you can cause hearthlings to stop building cause they can not remove a ladder.

Steps to reproduce:

bug one

  1. mine an overhang by using ladders to get to it. hearthlings tend to mind themselves into a corner. (this also happens while mining down from time to time.

bug two

  1. place a building two blocks from an overhange
  2. wait untill they start placing the roof there is a chance of this happening it is not 100% though I am hoping with the upcoming building update this will be impossible to have happen. (manual ladder placement in image to fix hearthlings where building another building so ignored)
