Some kind of fort or barracks, where you can choose what gear you footman shal have, dont realy like the idea of them auto uppgrading. Maybe some armorstands or weapon racks that you can hang on the wallls.
The point of auto upgrading is to remove the micromanagement from the game making it possible to play it as an RTS without needing to rely on being insanely fast with your mouse.

Patrol waypoints or a way to unlock and lock what places are going to be patroled, made a maze out of streets and flower farms, was beautiful , but there was many small farming plots, so while the goblins where attacking on one side of town, my great and powerfull army where rolling in the roses and having a ball of a time.
There is a quite big discussion about that here:
The biggest topic of disagreement in my previous suggestion thread…
… was on the subject of controlling your military units, and how best to go about that without making it too similar to an RTS. As such, I thought I’d make a new topic to discuss this in detail. I should point out that, unlike the above topic, I have no firm ideas on how best to go about this.
1. Unlimited Map Size
Unlike Dwarf Fortress or Gnomoria, Stonehearth is planned to have maps that are effectively infinite in size. …
Also welcome aboard @magnus_dalemark feel free to introduce yourself here:
It seems worth the time to introduce ourselves to the nascent Stonehearth community. Take a moment to introduce yourselves.
I’m Paladin and I feel like the creators of Stonehearth must have read my diary because its basically my dream game: building, rpg, retro graphics, customization, and I could go on! (Only I don’t have a diary because I’m a grown man and that would be odd.)
I’ve kicked in at kickstarter and I’m excited about playing the beta asap!
