Tel's Qubicle Work

Perhaps a more square, compact version might be better (Also you forgot to paint it, I like the Nelson Checkers)

Yeah, with no materials file the models actually come out bright pink - I give them a lick of brown paint, but, well… my real point with this is really just to offer my services for those interested - if you or @Programmierer or whoever want a xebec or a 120-gun line of battle ship or whatever then I can provide  .

I’m sorry but this ship is just like 1.000 years too late
But really nice model, I don’t want to know how long the loading time is ingame for the detailed model ^^

And while thinking about way too big ships, a line of battle ship would totally kill anything. After you played 2 weeks until your city is big enough for the crew
And in the end we have a giant fleet and no sea xD

Yeah, but I like thinking well ahead. We know there’s going to be bodies of water etc in Stonehearth (I don’t know if oceans are planned, but you can bet that we’ll be able to add them if necessary), so an age of sail mod is quite possible with just a couple of things:

-More people (either Radiant or the mod can give more, and/or you can reduce the crew size).
-Large, watery maps.

Yeah, I know these problems. For the first one, I just thought about a blueprint for a dwelling, which spawns some new villagers when finished. So then you don’t have to wait until every single villager want to come to your town.

But the second one would need some work in the world editor, because you need large maps, enough water but also big enough islands ith a sea level. But all after all a sail mod could be fun. Thinking of the multiplayer, this could be a really nice modus to play. Like “One vs One, you conquered half of the islands at first”

I would say we should be able to go as far as a 1st-rate ship of the line! For the reason that, as we all know, the titans coming out of the ocean are going to be pretty damn scary and when a Kraken attacks, I would feel safer with a 120 gun ship of the line on my side…

Well it’s been a long time, but I wasn’t happy with the old paladin, and decided to give it another go, using the steel armour as a basis. So yeah, "FOR THE ALLIANCE!" and all that…

Still quite brightly coloured for Stonehearth, but not nearly so much as the old one (though I guess you can’t just blind the goblins any more :stuck_out_tongue: ). Did a female version as well, but forgot to SS it.

Welcome back to your voxel office, sir.

I’m liking the paladin, and as you say it is much less bright then the previous version.

My only complaint is the blue eye visor looks way to much like goggles, and not paladinish enough.

Yeah, I wanted something in the way of visor etc there for a full helmet rather than one that left the face exposed (a bit like this perhaps?). Might be fun to try it with some kind of light source from the eyes too, though I think we might need to wait a bit for Radiant for that  . I also think the face-plate needs some more colour than just more shades of gold, and given the overall colour scheme, some blue highlights seem sensible.

Hmm.
