Update news on steam says the r875 is released but, my game says its on r860. How do I update my game?

It updates when steam wants to update. XD So you can try closing steam and opening it again, or logging out and logging back in, or switching to the main branch or switch back.

And r860 is the “stable” branch, if you want the latest version you’ll have to go into the “Betas” tab in Steam and select “latest.”
