Hello
I have the version of the game on Steam. I read that now the alpha 16 is disponible, but the game doesn’t upgrade and remain to alpha 15.
I tried to uninstall the game and to download it again, but steam downloaded me the version 15 again.
How can I have the version 16?

You’re going to have to switch to the unstable version. If you have it on steam, right click the game in your library and go to properties. Then press the beta tab and hit the drop menu. Select latest build. It will allow the game to run in the test patch. (Alpha 16)
Though, reminder: Alpha 16 isn’t released yet, its still being tested.
