Hi! First I gotta say, I love this game, but I do have one idea that I think would help a lot. I’ve been finding that there are stretches of time where my footmen and soldiers go without the ability to level up. I was wondering if it would be a good idea to make like a craft able training dummy that they could initially practice on. That would super help when you have to train a footman to level 3 and only get a few encounters here and there.

Once you get any depth into the game, it ceases to be an issue. In my town of ~23 hearthlings, I can create a new footman, and the next time I get attacked by an ogre with his kobold archer buddies, the footman will easily level to 3 in the one fight.
