[Res] Silkweed Plant

Definitely make a new bug for this and fill it with details! Is it something you can repro every single time?

Were they holding their weapons? When you click on them, does their unit frame have the yellow square, indicating the buff is active?

Workers do flee when they are hit by goblins but when in WDM, they should hop back into the fray after a little bit

They were walking backward and forwards to forage for the stock pile. They would get hit, drop the item they were carrying, and sort of do a little Team America panic wave and then return to the item to get hit again. I’ll try and reproduce and get back to you.

Defence mode wasn’t flagged any more and they weren’t carrying their tools as weapons… looks like someone forgot to tell the goblins they weren’t in defence mode anymore!

Oh, I see what you mean. If your workers are NOT in worker defense mode, they will not defend themselves. In fact they should run away, but that code is buggy so we took it out again. If you’ve ever killed a goblin, the next wave of goblins will show no mercy, even if your dudes aren’t attacking back. We could probably make this more clear.

[/quote]So, does that means AI have the concept of ā€˜revenge’?

it certainly sounds like that… which, of course, i love…

this particular mechanic might not stay in place, but its an interesting way to control the flow of events (for now)…

Yeah I just had it happen to some turnip plants as well.

I find it grows back repeatedly, but you don’t always get a good crop. As it dies off and regrows, it seems to get better, producing more crop. Yes, it does rot, but the workers pluck it away and replant. The dirt seems to get better as time goes on.

My bundles will go to stockpile if it’s an everything pile or a pile that accepts plants from the Resources list.
