I’m not sure i had just bad luck with RC, or Rc master quality isn’t implemented.
But I played both ASC and RC with trading monument,
when i crafted alomost 50 item ASC crafter craft some master quality items But RC crafter couldn’t produce
single master quality item.
Plus wish some performance optimization soon. I don’t know why but RC always has more lagging than ASC. (maybe desert biome?)

Just curious, what is the Mind stat of the crafter you are using? Mind will effect the chances of producing a master quality item, so if the crafter has like 1-2 mind then maybe that is just making your bad luck worse. 
Why would the Mind stat be used for master quality when the Spirit stat is used for other higher qualities?
Yes, it is based on Spirit
I was using super 6 mod so both tribe crafter had 6-6-6 stat.
so same condition.
I thought it was weird only RC crafters really haven’t crafted mastered items.
what items specifically were you making? wood? clay? what crafter?
Aren’t the master quality items only unlocked if you get the monument of Guildmasters?
No, he means the better quality normal items
Yes. I meant master quality after monument of guildmaster (I quoted as trading monument)
When i said crafted 50 items, that meant after completing guildmaster monument i crafted that items.
ASC crafter started producing master quality item immediatly after completing shrine quest,
but RC crafters haven’t produced any master quality items after completing shrine quest.
Oh, I see. I’m not sure, but I think the master quality is now unlocked only for the ASC. The lore behind the monument sais that the crafters learn to craft items that are as fine as the Phoenix Empire had made. This Empire is only a part of the lore of ASC
