[R874] Unable to place furniture behind walls despite building vision

Summary:
When furnishing a new building I am unable to place furniture behind walls, despite toggling building vision to see through them.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Draw out a room.
  2. Set building vision to see through walls.
  3. Attempt to place furniture inside the room / paint.

Expected Results:
Able to place furniture inside the room.

Actual Results:
Furniture placement is blocked / mouse reacts as though pointing at the wall, making it tricky to paint and furnish a building.
