[R293 (x64)] [Con] Error on promote to footman

Had a trapper that I re-promoted to a footman. Upon him switching tools, error ensued.

So to recreate this:

  1. Assign Hearthling job.
  2. Let them do said job for a min.
  3. Change their job to footman.

Hardware:
AMD Phenom II X4 965 Processor, ~3.4GHz
16 GB PC3-12800
AMD Radeon HD 7770 (x2)
Crucial 256GB M4 SSD

Any time you promote anyone to a footman, it seems like we get some errors. They should be harmless; close the window and the game should proceed as normal. It’s fixed on my machine, should get better in a subsequent update.
