I bought the game for $30 dollars when can i play it on my computer? If i need to download it can you tell me how to download it.

as @ManOfRet mentioned, the beta is anticipated for release in December 2013, with the full release in September 2014…
if you recently purchased the game via Humble Bundle, you will be able to download the beta client from that platform, when it is available (again, slated for the end of this year)… if you backed via the Kickstarter campaign, the download mechanism for that hasnt been completely ironed out yet (steam keys, direct downloads, etc.)
