Ok so my sister said she would buy me the beta, on december 20, will she be ableto buy the beta after it is out? or will i have to wait until sept 2014
well, as we discussed in this thread, the preview release (beta) is scheduled to arrive sometime in Dec 2013… it could be Dec 1st, or Dec 31st… or any day in between… 
and yes, we are all fairly certain that you will be able to buy the beta at any point from right now, up until the public release in Sep 2014…
fear not, you will be able to participate in the beta process!
