Hello, I am quite new to this, but here I go 
I am suggesting a new class called the jester, or a musician, or a clown of some sort. The act of this class will be that it will wander around aimlessly and raise happiness to nearby hearthlings.
Perhaps it could have a slight boost to hearthlings working, making it now an entirely useless class, but actually support hearthlings in their work.
Just a suggestion, feel free to reply with your thoughts.
