My first attempt at making a mod. I need help

I attempted to make a mod to make all the Hearthlings have super high stats. but when I put it in the mod folder and open the game go to the mods tab and the box is grayed out and it says out of date

so I’m thinking I did something wrong.

if you want to check it to see what I did wrong. I would appreciate if you could tell me how to fix it.

oh, nevermind I forgot to change the version from 1 to 3. I feel silly now.
