Holy cow. This is awesome! I am very impressed.
Excellent work there @Froggy
. May want to lower the number / size of the fire particles though - that last screenshot makes it look like the chef’s got the fire on a bit too hot
.
This looks amazing! I admire your work to the utmost degree and I feel that you are one of the greatest modders I’ve had the pleasure of knowing! Keep up the great work!
I’m working on lowering the scale of \data\horde\particles\fire\fire.cubemitter.json however there is some jiggery pokery that I cant get my head around at the moment. I don’t want to change the firepit, so I tried creating my own, but I get render errors. It’s definitely on my todo list though
ahhh! it has arrived!! ![]()
frantically downloads
i love you so much
I have problem. I use Version 6 R130 when citizens are join town and I accept join to town.
“GAME is Not Responding”.
I can play 8 citizens only.
Please suggest a solution.
Thank you.
That may be the fault of the game itself, rather than the mod…
Hey there, sorry you are having an issue. Other than the frequency at which the immigration scenario triggers, there are no changes to the code (I’ve literally changed a 22 to a 6)
I’ve had many successful immigrations during testing. Unless anyone else is having this issue, then I think Teleros is right - I don’t think it is my mod.
Edit: Nope. I have reverted my tweak in version 7 as I was getting plenty of migrants. My mod makes no changes whatsoever to the immigration scenario - definitely not me
Ok Froggy my computer won’t let me extract the rar file. Any suggestions?
Is it saying why? Which application are you using to extract?
Try renaming it wsbmod.zip and extract it using explorer. I haven’t touched the archive so I don’t know why your machine isn’t extracting.
If you’re still having issues, send me a PM and I’ll see if I can help further.
Well I have extracted it but it does not seem to apply itself to the game.
You just have to place the extracted folder in stonehearth/mods. It then automatically loads when you start the game.
well it doesn’t believe you
Okay. Step by step:
Click download link at top of page
Click download button and choose where you want the file to be saved.
Locate the downloaded file and right click it, the select extract here.
This should leave you with a folder called wsbmod. Right click it, and select Copy.
Locate your Steam folder. This is likely C:\Program Files(x86)\Steam but it depends on where you installed Steam.
Double-Click SteamApps, common, stonehearth, and then mods.
Right click inside the mods folder and click paste.
The end result should look like this:

Double-Click wsbmod and the contents should look like this:

If it doesn’t look like this, you are extracting it wrong.
I know you use 7-Zip, and I am not sure whether it has an extract here option. Either way, when you extract it, make sure that you only copy the wsbmod folder in to the mods folder, and not any container folder.
Ah, that is the problem. Use winzip or winrar. 7-zip does not work. I had problems with that in the past also.
it worked I was putting it directly into stonehearth rather than through steam
This is a bit off topic, but do you need a download to extract it? If so can someone link it to me please?
Its a preference thing, but mine is:
WINRAR
Not because it sounds like an awesome 80’s cartoon baddie. Honest.

Either of the top two options will do it, depending on whether your operating system is 64 bit or not.
Cue spooky music…
“Ancient spirits of evil, Transform this deacayed archive program into …
WINRAR the EVER LIVING!
MUhahahahhahahahh…”
Sorry
