Where can i find the textures and scripts for the 3 hooded figures i would like to make a mod for them (for example i would like to make a mod where i can get the 3 hoodedfigures to join my town add some religion etc.)
As many things in this game, it is an entanglement of files everywhere. It is not a single file in a single place and done. You can find their models at
\entities\npc\hestia
and their campaign files (triggers, dialogues, spawns, quests, rewards, despawn, etc…) at
\data\gm\campaigns\hestia\
