yo are the best and logical
@Elderon are you pirates
No, Amalfi in italy might turn to that later but onöy time will tell
ohhh interesting im gonna be port elizabeth aren’t you in the area of italy which is owned by the mafia at the moment
One of the reason of ‘Fantasia clause’. When I wiped out nearly all the civilization thanks to “Brag Death”, why I shouldn’t disallowing for something?
But to be fair, Most of the first expeditions may fail because of lack of preparations/technology/catastrophes.
of course they would either have to have some short ad easy way to the new world or own a really upgraded navy thats what i think at least
I am prepared for this.
Where is that?
All I hear is Ship of the Lines…
I have that! Too bad anyone besides me, @naturalnuke and @thorbjorn42gbf will probably have to pay taxes.
If it won’t be OP, it will be OK. And look, who decides about his stats.
But I am fair and I will set them according to the technology.
140 loaded cannons on my ship, 140 loaded cannons!
Fire one at a guy!
139 loaded cannons on my ship, 139 loaded cannons!
(If you can’t tell its a parody of beers on the wall)
140 shutters to fire arrows out of. 140 shutters… Well you get the gist.
@phoriist, I took a look at all the different tabs you got on the GoogleDocs page, and I must say: wow. You really came prepared for this one. Unfortunately, that means far more thinking on what I need to do in my turns
Now just waiting fer the next turn… the anticipation is killing me!
You know, everything to avoid problems which were in previous game. You propably remember “the BRAGmaggedon”, when bragging has finally convinced players to have a more organized version of the game
And about thinking - playing just like in previous game may be also succesful.
is anyone interested converting to Banjoism?
Nope I’m going insert later.
When I will get contact to you, then maybe. I might even assign a Person as a Banjoist priest. If there will be only one Person (that priest) assigned as similar position, then… my priest will be a ‘Banjoist Leader’ xD
but. but. but. how can you not take a religion that have this?
@thorbjorn42gbf send me a link to where you find these I love them.
@phoriist I came up with a solution to the PVP problem, Of course it is not perfect but it seems like it might work, So the idea is you private message the two at war or 3 or however many there are in a private message (Maybe messaging them seperately so they can’t see what each other does) So you say what the conditions for battle are like it might be raining or very windy. Then they post what they do, For instance I would say " I send cavalry to flank their rear, they are hidden by the rain " and the other person might say " I do a headlong charge into his forces " then you decide what happens. You could say " The cavalry attack the rear successfully hidden by rain and the other person’s army is too busy doing a headlong charge to pay attention and notice the sound of hooves and such circling round them and coming from behind them over the roaring and shouting of the charging army" or maybe you might say " The cavalry is blinded and bogged down in the rain, They ride full galop into the charging army, taking both by surprise. The cavalry is killed but they killed quite a few of the other person’s army " So then you could say " @Newf lost his cavalry he cannot use them but the other guy lost men so he now only has 1850 of the 2000 men he brought to the battle. " In a Naval battle it could work like this: You say " It is very windy, Sailors do not advise going to battle today" So I might then say “I heed the sailors warning and do not sail to battle” but the other guy might sail to battle and ignore his sailors so you might say “@Newf listened to his sailors and kept his ships in the Harbour so he does not lose ships but the other guy set sail but the wind and weather blew his ships onto the rocks and most of his navy is wrecked upon the shores of Ireland, The wrecks are picked clean by Irishmen and the survivors left to die, some survive and join the Irish population by marrying or something like that. Only 3 ships returned heavily damaged to the other guy’s harbours " or you could say " @Newf kept his ships in the Harbour but the other guy sailed to battle and meeting no opposition landed his troops successfully (or blockaded the port whatever he was trying to do)” But if the weather is fine it will probably be whoever can throw the most iron (This will only work with cannons) that wins the battle. So say I had three 20-gun ships mounting carronades and the other guy had five 20-gun ships mounting 9-pounders. Although he has more ships I win because his ships can only throw a broadside of 90 pounds per ship whereas I can throw a broadside of 320 pounds per ship.
Of course this will all need to be worked upon I think this system may solve our problems.
Welcome @Vaurature to the game! Wood Elves, huh? Can I make some Dwarves?
