We’ll likely remove the “NEW” from the icon once the new builder is stable enough to remove the old one.

There’s been some concerns about the usability of some of the buttons of the new builder, in fact. And players started suggesting possible solutions to avoid the confusion that they had:

yes the hole tool works very fine for this - after brunos info i tried it xD But i think there should be a change in the ui - because not everyone will use the holetool as an eraser or just get the idea to use it for this ^^ (for example i know 7 people who has complained to me that there is no singlevoxel eraser xD) so perhaps just make an second eraser icon (with a little voxel in front?) in the topbar which links to the holetool and this issue should be resolved ^^
