Not really. For us europeans it is a few hours more! Because we are actually ahead of Radiant, time wise.

Didnāt Radiant say they would release versions to youtubers a week or so before everyone else? Does this bode well for the release?
Perhaps the parameters changed? They might not have felt it was best to release a copy a week or so ago with bugs and the like.
I donāt think it means anything negative, I mean there was an early release of the game through Steam a couple of weeks ago meaning there is something there to be played and I imagine itās just now being polished as much as possible for tomorrow.

yea they said that might be a possiblility, but that is not possible anymore. 
I think they needed all the time to get it in the shape it is now. I actually dont mind, more suprise for us.

Well its the 30th for some of us 
now the waiting game while the rest of the world catches up, and the hours gets to something more reasonable 
as @Geoffers747 mentioned, I wouldnāt read into itā¦ Iām sure it was just a matter of timing and wanting to ensure that the next publicly visible content was as polished as it could beā¦
