Item placing error message

Summary:
Whenever I place an Item, furniture, decoration or tree, for the first time after loading a save I get an error message. This has been happening since the last Alpha 18 update I think.
Steps to reproduce:

  1. Load a save.
  2. Place an Item, like a chair. Only happens with the first item I place.
  3. Wait. The error message appears shortly.

Expected Results:
Item is placed and no error message pops up.
Actual Results:
The error message appears but the item is placed without problem and nothing else happens. Just the message.

Version Number and Mods in use:
Alpha 19 latest and Relyss’ slabs with terrain colors mod.
System Information:
