I hope the devs just remember to add it there.
It would be really good to pre-design a fenced area or use it in buildings templates/designs.

the fence system will eventually be redesigned to allow you to drag place fences instead of 1 by 1… its just not ready yet
id assume theyd add it to building menu then.

I don’t think it has been decided how to adjust the fence system, but the devs have acknowledged on multiple occasions that the current system (place on peace at a time) needs to be reworked. Something will happen, just unsure of exactly what or when.
