Is there a way to take your world (with all the buildings ext) and start it with new "race" (u keep the buildings ext but u start with a new "race")

as far as i know you can only make templates of your building which you can then replace.

But just changing all the villagers to a different race would not be possible. Pretty much everything is determinant when you choose a race. Types of traders, type of crafters, kind of tier quest and thats just a few.
