it is nice that the Hearthlings have backpacks now and can carry multiple items at once
what is not so nice at the other hand is that they start hording stuff in that backpack instead of storing it in the designated stockpiles (which have free slots oc)

so it would be nice to have the ability to let them empty their backpack on the spot or something like a “store all” button etc (or fix it that they don’t hord stuff in the first place :stuck_out_tongue: )

another inventory management feature would be to have a different town inventory for stored and placed stuff since as of Dev 2494 everything you own is shown in that inventory screen the same way
there is no way to see what is stored and what is placed… even the horded stuff in the Hearthlings backpacks is shown there

The first part is probably a bug, as I addressed in your other thread, so I wouldn’t worry too much about that.

I can get behind having a Town Inventory tab, like we do now, that shows all the things you own, as well as a Stockpiled tab that shows everything that is currently stored in a stockpile. Would be pretty hand.

Wait… I thought placed stuff didn’t even show! Now I know why my hearthlings isn’t placing stuff in the new houses. A different town inventory for stored and placed stuff, great idea! I really hope they implement that.
