also tried complete new install without mods + firewall eset smart security complete deactivated -> same issue … the only update in the last days where my graphic drivers (nvidia geforce gtx 960) - so i expect that they generate the issue

I’ve done the same thing, but I have a gtx 970. I even updated my drivers.

I am using GTX 960 with driver 385.41 and I don’t have this issue. let me know if its the driver, if it is I’d rather wait for a more stable release

Well, i got my game to work. For some reason i have to use stonehearth 32 bit on a 64 bit OS. Just had to go to user settings and change force_32_bit = false to = true. :confused:

seems like its a memory problem. odd.

Took a glance at this. @Wiese2007, the crash in your crash.dmp is in C:\Windows\USB Vibration\dr100&110\807EZFRD64.DLL. As far as I can tell from googling, this is a gamepad driver that has issues with 64-bit applications.

thats odd ^^ i have this gamepad for years now … but i can confirm with forced 32 bit it works with controller and when i disconnect the gamepad 64 bit works fine too - interesting xD

seems to be crashing before it even loads the game. have you tried connecting it after the game has already loaded?

soo i have tried it - and after connecting instakill of stonehearth - no error etc just woosh and gone and logs show then the fatal mem error xD

idk why other 64 bit games havent any issues with this but doesnt bother me - also i know the reason i can prevent it xD

interesting. are you running stonehearth and steam as admin? could be an elevation issue if this worked previously.

im admin so yes they start as admin and also started stonehearth as standalone ^^ i will look if i find new driver for the gamepad ^^
