Please start by updating your graphic drivers from here: Download Drivers | NVIDIA
Your log indicates that you have an older driver version.

If after updating your drivers, the game still crashes, please post the log again (and upload the crash.dmp file, if you get one after the crash. It’s on the same folder than the log).
