I can not deconstruct my buildings

Summary:
When I create a blueprint which I want to remove or when a construction is done and when I had to demolish it, I cannot because the remove button does not work
Steps to reproduce:

  1. when i have to remove a building/construction i have to click on the remove button but he doesn’t respond

Expected Results:
the possibility to demolish the buildings
Actual Results:
the remove button doesn’t work
Notes:
I don’t know if it’s a bug or not but i post it just in case.

Version Number and Mods in use:
Alpha 17 with no mods

you can’t remove them via usual game interface.

You can use the following workaround:

  • select building, control-C, enter “destroy”.
  • install the debug mod, shift-click on building to reveal a menu, click on destroy.

Note that these are just workarounds. Use with caution.

To complement what @sphr said: The devs have disabled the button temporarily and are working on a more reliable solution. Until it rolls out with a future alpha the only way is via console.

@MrGutsy now you can check out the unstable A18, they added back building removal :wink:
