How to reset tutorial?

I tried uninstalling and the tutorial is not resetting? i saw a streamer play and and i bought it

In the game folder ,you will find a file called user_settings.json
Open it (with a text editor, like notepad) and find this:

		"tutorial" : {
			"hide_camera_tutorial" : true,
			"hide_intro_tutorial" : true
		},

Change the true to false and save it.
