I don’t know how to harvest log piles, I need some help with this, if someone can help please tell me.
You can harvest them using the “Harvest Tool” (H). Select the area with the Stockpiles and the Hearthlings chop the Stockpile in single wood blocks

The piles are harvested in the same way you harvest the trees.
First make sure that they are placed on the ground.
