Hi everyone,
In the steam latest build (3188) we have put in some code that MIGHT fix this issue. It’s hard for us to tell if it did because this bug is so sporadic when we try to reproduce it.
If you find this bug again in 3188, please post here so we know that it’s still broken!

Seeing no reports in the last 5 months I’m going to say that this is #resolved - feel free to post if you believe otherwise.
