have i passed a thresh hold where they dont steal anymore and just destroy your stuff or is my game broken
Thieves steal and the armored ones bash your stuff.
They might have filled their stockpiles after stealing so much.
Depending on the type of enemy, they either steal or destroy your stuff (or attack your citizens).
