Is there any way to gather the resources left over from defeating the goblin camps? theres loads of wood lying about and my hearthlings are just ignoring it.
The easiest way is with the “loot” tool. You click and drag an area (similar to the harvest command), and your workers will come pick up any goods in that area.

No problem. Ideally, there will be little walkthroughs of each part of the game, but there really isn’t a lot of point doing it now, or at least until the alpha is almost done.
