Game will not start up (Blackscreen)

When I boot up the game nothing happens except music and mouse. I’ve already shut down my antivirus and re-installed the game. Neither one worked. It’s not my specs. I don’t have any mods installed. My graphics driver are up to date. Please help!

Try unplugging any extra peripherals like webcams.

what paul said, also, try hitting f5 once you hear music and have the mouse, that might just do it
