This looks like it could be a graphics driver problem. The ones you have installed are about 2.5 years old. Can you try updating them from here?:

See the first section titled “Automatically Detect and Install Your Driver”.

I hope updating the drivers helps you. Many players don’t notice that the drivers are outdated, and updating them has fixed tons of crashes from people in the past.
And looking at this topic the sheer amount of interest from Team Radiant reminds me of why I 
them.
