A friendly AI city would be cool. They would help you defend your kingdom but they wouldnt take your resources.
Their kingdom would never improve but it would just be fun so you know that your not alone. They could also maybe give you loans but you would have to repay them and stuff. It would just be really could if radiant implimented this.

Rather meager suggestion wouldn’t you say? Also, we’ve got several merchants coming and going as it is, what would this other city add to that?
I could see this being a cool idea. Maybe they won’t always remain friendly. Maybe you could engage in trade with them or you could steal their resources or of course you could remain all friendly and peace and love 
I would like to see the Goblins expand which could be something already thought about. I know we haven’t seen much of what is to come in regards to enemies
