Summary:
When using free standing walls and changing the building vision to see some of the walls, the free standing walls and its objects completely disappears from some point of views.
Steps to reproduce:
Place free standing wall
Change building vision so you can see half of the walls
Change camera angle
Expected Results:
The standing wall should not disappear?
Actual Results:
The standing walls disappear from some point of views
This has been brought up some other times. Allegedly the free standing walls are treated like the normal walls, and so, depending on the direction you went when laying them, they will be shown or not on that specific angle; they are considered to be blocking the view, just like those on the houses.
Whether they should behave like this or not I’m not sure if it’s a bug or if it’s by design.
Surely it looks like a bug for people who don’t notice that it’s caused by the buliding vision switch.
