Footman preferring sleep over combat

Summary:
I have a footman that will leave combat to go sleep, as long as he does not get an order to kill a specific foe. (Even then he will leave combat once the enemy is dead) This seems like a new and very wrong priority. A general attack order close to enemies will have him run there, and then return to bed. The same behavior exists when loading a save and providing the same instructions.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Load the provided save.
  2. Select Sabert Boltoose
  3. Give him an attack order close to the fighting zombie. (party or individual order does not matter)

(Not sure if this is the case, but it is possible that this was triggered by giving an order to kill specific foe while sleepy.)

Expected Results:
Sabert runs over and attacks the zombie.

Actual Results:
Sabert runs to flag position, and returns to bed.
