Extreme Goblin Spawns

I found some similar topics, but I figured this was different enough to warrant its own topic. So I’m about 1 month in, and for the most part, I’ve had no goblin spawns. The problem occurs when the fog of war gets pushed back, and what appears to be all the goblins that should have spawned flood in at once. Goblin Spawned in a small horde

Goblins were being a pain so I reinforced the reinforced door with picket fences to keep them from coming through the wall. I also boxed some in after they spawned 3 times in the same spot in one daytime cycle. After awhile the ones outside the wall despawned and I had killed the last batch inside and finished my large box and they never spawned again in that spot. Goblins mobbing your town?

Hey Everyone, It was definitely not our intention to starve/swamp you all with waves of goblins. They’re supposed to come out on a regular drip-feed schedule. For those who are seeing giant waves, we suspect that your terrain is such that your goblin AI/pathfinder is batching up. For long periods of time, the goblins that spawn can’t find your town, and then all at once, all of them find the path and charge in together. "Masochist" Goblin bug

When I refused to satisfy the goblins they went into attack mode and 4 out of the 5 goblin footmen went and stood on the wicked fire pit. They had the little bubbles with the sword above themselves as meaning to be aggressive but didn’t move or do anything. This doesn’t happen until they are at war with you though. They don’t move until each one is attacked, that’s when they will bug out of the fire pit and start to fight. This has happened on all 5 of my different towns. This is the x64 Alpha 9…
