I’ve seen this issue before in relation to recipes, but it’s the first time I’ve seen it happen with an icon on the info bar.
This was the first enemy that turned up in this game, so it seems similar to the recipe icon issue where you’ll sometimes not see some icons for the first recipe you look at.
