Summary:
I noticed a few minutes ago that I stopped getting daily reports. I can no longer receive Hearthlings. I’m not sure when I stopped receiving them exactly, but it’s been a while. Apologies if this has already been posted but I cannot find any other posts similar.

If you have 20 Hearthlings that will be the game’s default limit
Go into the game’s settings and in gameplay there should be a slider to max Hearthlings, it goes up to 50
The reason it’s capped at 20 is because they take a lot of performance and a high population makes for a potentially laggy game, if your town starts to lagg and act weird you should probably note that moment and set your Max citizen cap to around that number
