Summary: I had a stockpile settings window open with a flashing yellow outline around the green button with the checkmark on it (“OK” or “done”). When I closed with another button (the X in the top bar), the flashing outline did not disappear along with the rest of the window. It remained throughout the rest of my gameplay (over an hour after that).
Steps to reproduce: Not sure, as it only happened once and I had windows open a lot, of course, including other stockpile settings windows. Maybe the attached video will provide some clues.
