[Con] Builders get new wood for every block placed

When I tell my workers to build a structure, they grab a new piece of after they have laid down only 1 block. It makes building quite inefficient.

So instead of using one block of wood to its fullest potential, they just keep placing it back in the stockpile and grabbing a new one.

anyone else having this issue?

ive noticed that too, but mine place it and then pick it back up again
