Citizens float again!

Summary:
so when you build a building and it gets close to being done i was like “go faster” so i did just that and used fast-forward with that came bugs

Steps to reproduce:

1. build a building
2. put it in fast forward
   3.watch towards the end when the roof is about to get started

Expected Results:workers would not float

Actual Results:workers float to go to point a to point b

I get this occasionally when the float on and off the roof along with the levitating eating now and then:
