Can not continue making custom building

Title:
Error while making a custom building using the slabs option
Summary:
ive been making a custom world and working on a wall when i received and error and i can no longer continue building with the slab option nor build what i have already
Steps to reproduce:
im not sure how to reproduce this because i haven’t come across this any other time with my builds

the error log i get is:

Hey there @ElementJason, welcome to the Discourse! Thanks for the error report . Unfortunately, I have no suggestion on how to continue with this specific building.

However, I would suggest that when creating a large building you do so in small parts.
(At least that’s what I have heard before from some of the best builders here on the forum, I don’t build too many large things )

do you know if there is a command or button to complete what it has already so they can build that and i can continue the rest as a different build?

You can try “insta build” using the console…

1. Open the in-game console by typing Ctrl + c.
2. Click on the building you wish to complete.
3. Type ib in the console, followed by the Enter key
4. Cross your finger

No guarantee this will work, especially as the building has errored, but worth a try!
