I’m very shamefully plugging my own design here, since you brought it up - @chimeforest, myself, and many others have been discussing smelting and bloomery furnaces:
I don’t think it’s ‘time’ for any of this to be implemented yet though, as mining is still in the early stages, but feel free to have a look/leave feedback. I do like the first pic you posted!
Oven (for cooking) is definitely something I’d like to see soon
Pots!
like for storage, but just for decoration. like barels.
you could have water pots :
Or even like these firepits. or those stone things are really good for in a castle:
ibn4 images are google image yes
edit: I looked through the previeous post more thoroughly,an so far pots for plants have been suggested. i mean these for storage or even just decoration
I believe that using the hammer and chisel to actually inscribe a short message or memo onto a stone tome or sign would be a wonderful addition for marking territory and categorising buildings and houses

How about a well? I know that partly has to do with digging but the stone part of it could be created by the mason to make a hole be recognized as a well.

Steve!!
How about those cardboard/wood (We’ll make them out of stone though) things where you put your face through the hole and it makes you look more buff or like a girl etc.
What we really need is clay and pottery. For the vases and pots and such. So for stone we could make a potters wheel and that cool stone kiln a couple posts ago. Love the gravestones, gargoyles and we HAVE to have the stone busts!!!
Now this next idea would probably need to have two kinds wood and stone and probably be able to make stone ones bigger, but what about some stone Torii (Japanese) or Paifang (Chinese) type of gate/shrine. It could even be for only one of the 3 types of hearthlings to build in the final game to give them all distinctive architectural devices. Speaking of will the different playable factions have different styles of similar items ?
Also will there be musical instruments by any chance?! because you could have the stone worker make tools to craft them.
These are gothic windows with my personal take on them and a few ideas and pictures.
Since the day I first saw the images with the bustling city and the castle in the back I started wondering how detailed and proud castles will I design/build/furnish. And one of the key features that I love about those many towered, high walled castles are the tall, arched gothic windows, with and without glass.
I would place them side by side in my great hall where my soldiers and people could party through the night.
This wider version would be placed over my large rectangular gate that leads inside the keep from the courtyard.
Since many castles didn’t have glass at the time there could be two versions, sending out different messages whoever looked at them. While a peaceful, refined town would work hard on the little details, a military town would only need the windows on a castle to shoot out from.
I think these high arched windows would break the bland gray stone walls and show what a proud, delicate and refined our townsfolk are.
NOTE: These windows would be higher than the walls now, like, if you build a two storey high building only then could you place them at the middle, in that case no/very little space to move them up or down. Also the mason can’t make glass (right?)
