Tried searching didn’t see this mentioned. Do they not have winter clothing? they have a better version of their crafting item but you might of missed that.
Do you have a mod named winter outfits?
In Ace mode, both summer and winter clothes have separate effects. You can use this.
In ACE crafters in general have winter/summer outfits, just like how workers and soldiers have their own seasonal clothing! I think they have something, however, I’m not 100% sure. 
In ACE crafters can use the “Crafter Scarf” during the winter. Any full body outfits for crafters are not part of ACE and thus part of a mod that needs updating
