Beds, homes and characters

Maybe we should be able to tell characters that a specific bed and home belongs to them and only them. Having the characters be able to date, marry and create a family. And being able to have double beds for married couples. Having cribs for babies until they grow up.
Just some thoughts that you may have already had.

Bringing back the Owned Bed System

So, Alpha 6 took away the process that villagers would claim beds that would be theirs. This kinda disappointed me, I loved the idea of claiming beds because once you put those beds in a house it would for all intensive purposes be that villagers house. This helped me create a flow for my towns streets and resource locations as well as making the game more efficient to play. I’d like to see the Bed Ownership return, I miss the organization factor it added.

Thoughts on Children and Population Growth

Continuing the thoughts related to the pictures I have posted in the “Voxel Pirate´s Qubicle Creations”-Thread… What if there would be 3 stages of your workers life? Stage 1 - Baby: www.stonehearth.de/storage/family_small.png While you could exchange a specific resource for a new settler (like food as mentioned in the last Live-Stream), the new fellow might not appear as an adult. Why not having a Stork fyling in and delivering a baby? Sure, is sounds like a stereotype… but might look funny …
