Auto build ladder for Hearths

So sometime, even in new builder, hearths still get stuck, i think the best resolve to this is if they get stuck and cant not get to food, they should build a auto ladder to get out/down

I wish they would do that too, super annoying when they get stuck in window openings. It is improved, but still occurring far too often.

Any reason they can’t scaffold the entire wall like they used to do? This would fix all the window issues and most of the unreachable blocks.
