[Ack] [Dev 2521] "Place an Item" menu scrollbar missing

I noticed that my “Place an Item” menu “P” suddenly has no scrollbar anymore
screen resolution: 1920x1080 in fullscreen mode

F5 reset didn’t help (just got another scaffolding_manager error by doing so)

Thanks for reporting this!
The max height allowable for the place an item menu was just too tall. So it thinks it doesn’t need to scroll yet. I’ve put in a fix.
