lol, I’ve noticed the buildings don’t seem to affect morale right now so I’ve been making my hearthlings sleep outside on beds.

its affect it - but not very much 
like you said a warm bed is more worth the a warm house at the moment xD

I’m not convinced that morale is really implemented. I’ve never failed getting the next hearthling based on morale. They get a speed debuff if they have to sleep in the ground. That’s about it.

@Wiese2007 if they behave, I move their beds into a damp cave as a reward…when they keep up with their assigned tasks I’ll build them houses! lol
@Jim_Bozo I’ve failed to get a new hearthling a few times…but usually after something major like goblins wiping out a bunch of hearthlings
