Well, here we go! This was about as far as I could get before the pathfinder and lua rage-quit on me.
The project lasted until the end of Dewmun, so it took about 60 days.
Fasadd Village!
I messed around with the idea of a wasteland village, done by removing the dirt and using different colors of wood to imitate dead grass and layers of dirt. Yet as you can see, this was built in the middle of a plains biome! All the cliffs you see were constructed by the settlers, like a giant movie set. Since the contest was “Create a World”, I wanted to try and keep true to that (Hence the name “Fasadd” (Façade) Village).
Unfortunately, these giant, hollow structures were too much for the pathfinder to handle. I might try and redo this concept in the future, since I couldn’t do as much detail and depth that I wanted to.
And of course, here’s a picture showing some goblins (as proof of Normal mode).
